The photo I have sent.

Outside Dylan Thomas's birthplace March 2009.

No real desire to advertise my ageing but have spent (wasted)a few hours trying to learn how to do this.
I should have phoned Ken!
Thanks for all your efforts.

Hi. I've just sent a photo. I hope it's ok. I feel a bit nervous sending a photo to be published without having any idea of what anyone else's photo is like. (Except for the 2 brave guys who have posted their pictures here of course. I'm just not brave enough to do that!)
Thanks for all the work you've put into this so far and for the work yet to be done.
Lizzie

Funny... we got mostly photos of women, but only 2 men were brave enough to post their photo in public. ;-)

Dear Marie, Laura, Ladi Di,

Thank you so much for all this work! What a gift of love you are giving and helping all of us to give. I've been silent most of the summer as I've dealt with some family crises, but I am still so grateful to have joined this community. I'll be sending my photo tomorrow. I wonder if it's kosher if I also include one of my 2-year-old son, who asks every day, "Leonard Cohen! Play Hallelujah! I want to hear where the light gets in." Does that count as a fan, do you think?

Again, thanks.
Annette

Dear Annette,

Thanks so much for accidently including me in this esteemed grouping; however, I can take no credit for anything regarding the wonderful mosaic artwork of Laura and Pam....or the incredible organizational skills of Marie! In fact, I'm suddenly one of those mirroring Lizzy's remark "this is due the end of August! ". I procrasinate, as usual

All the best,
Diana (who wishes she had one ounce of their artistic ability! ;-) )

Schoot. I just sent one that I don't think meets the criteria in any way!!! I'm sorry, Laura. Could you please PM me in answer to my query, so I can regroup! Dang it on being so bloody non-techno!!!!

Oops :) Thanks for the correction, Diana. And sorry for leaving you out of my thanks, Pam. Here they are now: thanks. I'm apparently one of the procrastinators in good company.
I can't wait to see the finished product!

I thought I'd be creative for my photoshoot, especially because I'd just had my hair cut (shaved?) for the summer but then I read the instructions and notice that it has to be a colour photo and also a head shot.
But why waste a good photo? :D
So here I am and have also copied the source of my inspiration from 'Live Songs'.
Can you spot which one is me??? Yes, it is difficult isn't it. In fact, if you were to play 'spot the differences', I think you'll only find one
Now I've got to try again... this time I'll stick to the rules...but maybe keep the same theme?

Ha ha, Pete, this is fun! But why do I think you are smoking a... pencil?

I can deal with the no-head shot, and with the b&w photo (sorry, finally it's all going to be sepia anyway!) but please, make it square!! I'm a bit tired of making squares out of rectangles.

Well done, Laura..you spotted the one and only difference.... I couldn't find a slim cigar so I used the next best thing. I didn't think anyone would notice 8) Anyway, the pencil symbolises the spoken and written word :)
Are you saying that I can submit this if it's square? If so, I'll send you a square version..the one I've posted here is cropped from a larger photo.
By the way... Leonard is the second photo in case anyone is having a bit of difficulty distinguishing between the two :D
