Hi Cate.
The first stanza is coming along, but the second doesn't seem quite as appealing.
I don't know if I would have had this idea without the epitaph thread, and it may be cliche-ish, but what about starting with:

Here lies another love poem - I like that.
I need a little more practice before I write this poem, although there's a couple of okay lines.

His noble lordship (hi Cate, hi all),
I just came across this very current casting notice for Flight of the Concords... could be your big break... let me know if you think you can muster Scandinavian... of course, there's that mustache to consider, and even though it's Scandinavian, no blond braids it seems...
[ SVEN ]
40s-60s. Male. A Scandinavian businessman. MUST BE AUTHENTICALLY SCANDINAVIAN. Mustache or beard preferred. 2 lines.
(forgot this part): ALL ACTORS MUST HAVE COMEDIC SKILLS!!
much love,
Violet

I would come to you.
Stand in its light for you, let you circle me,
let you draw down this blood moon for me.
Would you sing this song for him too, Cate?

Yes, if he would sing it with me
