@jradesquire:
I'm in the same position. I don't have any recommendations, but I'm finding that anything in your/my budget [in central Paris with reasonable Trip Advisor ratings] doesn't have private facilities. So you may have to lower your expectations / increase your budget.
Added: I'm also a seeing a lot of 'tiny room' and 'thin walls'.

'I believe it goes A - Z, then AA - ZZ, then AAA ..... etc.'
So when I get offered something like row GG, this means it's out in the woods, 33 rows away from the stage. Great.
What's wrong with simple numbers? Even Roman numerals would be better.

Numering the rows would cause even more confusion. Its standard practice to use letters for seating rows

Cheers Hartmut
Very happy with that!
And you'd be surprised, GG would be a decent seat, if it was in A4, or even A3 or A5.

Thanks a million for your kindness, Bernadine. I know I will get a better ticket for Ciara in the months ahead. She is soooooooooooo excited at the notion of going to her first Leonard concert -- she knows most of the words of all the songs on Old Ideas. My post this morning was written in the frustration to trying to negotiate Ticketmaster. Looking forward to meeting all our friends from far and near.

Holy Moley this has made me SOOOOO happy. ^_^ A3 row F. Not directly in front, but still a very satisfactory place to be, especially considering that I purchased without having nay idea where they would be.

SEATWAVE have block A4
ROW B seats for sale at £350-00 EACH for Dublin 11TH Sept.
Did anyone on the forum manage to buy seats in the first few rows ? Or were these seats passed directly to the secondary sellers?
Here is a link to a TV program called "The Great Ticket Scandal"

Thinking about all the babbling about seatings plans I´m glad the Gothenburg show is a non-seater....
