I see on Double 8 that rows 101 &112 are being used for record company guests. I guess that means you're liable to have a bunch of pissed chatterers in the vicinity!

No doubt John.
And the tickets are arriving on ebay, the tickets none of us could get are going for high prices......... of course

Here's a good example of ..........how?

Oh well, once we could wait outside a gig and hope tickets weren't selling to get a nice seat at the same price as face value, or of course if needs be, ring Stan Flashman!!

Different ball game today of course with the Internet but at least Jarkko gives us more than a fighting chance of getting good tickets. Hoping now for a smaller venue, like a Zenith in France, as Paris prices now match its haute couture!!

Probably means another gig at the O2 is forthcoming... The O2 is free for two nights before the announced concert, but not after.

But no laughing matter when you are there and it's a reality you can do little about

Foxwood - Two things...
1. Never believe Ticketmaster when they say they are sold out.
2. The other agencies still have tickets (even though nothing particularly good is showing, at present).

There is nothing booked in Brighton in June and July. It was great to see Leonard there last time. Perhaps we may be lucky again.

Yeah, Brighton was great last time! That would be better than London.

I didn't get any kind of email receipt or notification at all, yet the money has been taken from my account - normal?

I have two quite good seats for the O2 but now have tickets for Paris instead.
Jarkko, are you going to set up a "Buy, Sell, Swap" thread as you did with the last tour so that I can ensure that these tickets go to genuine Cohenites who will use them and not sell them on at inflated prices.
THESE TICKETS HAVE NOW GONE TO A GOOD HOME

Leonard seems to be skipping back and forth across Europe on this tour...Any clues as to whether the main U.K. leg of the tour will be late June to early July, or mid-July to mid-August? If anyone is open to suggestions, how about somewhere indoors within 60 miles of London on 7th July?!

wow - that's incredible, John.
i didn't realise leonard was so athletic - is he trying for a record?
he could be the new tom morris!
In 1963, Tom Morris (Australia), at the age of 71 (!) skipped 1264 miles from Brisbaine to Cairns. He has done a lot of skipping marathons until his death in 1973. In his life he covered 3500 miles in skipping marathons and averaged about 9 mph.

sebmelmoth - It's strongly rumoured that because Leonard will be playing mostly indoor venues this year, he has decided to get his fresh air by skipping to concerts!
