Ute,
I've got block A row G seat 57, not right next to you but close enough to say hi!

I cannot believe you passed up on block B. It is directly behind block A and because it is tiered you would have had an excellent view

Yes, I agree about ticketmaster website and the Visa verification. Worked ok for me but with anxious moments. Also for the first minute or two after following the link the tickets were not yet available on Ticketmaster. But all's well that ends well, it worked, and I'm going for 3 fabulous nights in Sligo, with our dear Leonard as the crowning jewel! I think WB Yeats would be suitably impressed.

I look forward to meeting some of you at the Garryvogue, as I am going on my own this time. I'm a little nervous about introducing myself to strangers, but then again you're not really strangers at all, are you??

those of you still hoping to get decent tickets - if you keep trying on ticketmaster by "search again" sometimes quite good tickets come up.. at the moment you can get Block B Row N seats 33-34 .

I don't know how the website works given that it is supposed to offer the best seats first!

OMG! I have cried in frustration and cried with happiness and it's not 10 in the morning yet!! In the end I have Block A, Row M Seat 71-72 and i feel like shouting from the roof tops!! I am so so so happy - cannot believe I am going to see Leonard again - second time round - thought last year was my once in a lifetime experience and now..... going to experience it all again ;-)

Thank you to all who helped get this up and running. I joined the forum after the o2 last year. I only discovered Leonard late in life but i think at the right time in life so happy days
Thank you so much again - :D
Overkill on the happy faces probably but hey! I'm HAPPY :D :D :D :D

Congrats on your ticket and you are so right....we're not strangers! Although I know several of the people who will be in Sligo, I think it will be a very warm and wonderful time and everyone will blend well with our common love of Leonard! Keep an eye on the Forum for further details about the meetup. Some people will be in Sligo for several days and I'm sure we will sort of take over the town! See you at the end of July! :D

:D

Thank you so much Jarkko,

We're Leonard fans since about 1987 and looking forward to 3rd concert, and sitting in Block A. Can't wait for July 31st and being among other forum members!!
Hope Leonard gets time to visit some of our lovely countryside.

Thanks again to all concerned,

Regards,
Catherine

I think it is mad in this day and age that Tickermaster does not allow one actually choose where one is seated rather than have some random automatic algorithm offering the 'best seats' in the house. You can click on your seat (at least on Aer Lingus).

So despite being on Tickermaster at 9.02 I have been allocated B row RR 52-–57 and am not sure whether I am happy or not. Choice is actually the bane of modern society, my 'unhappiness' is definitely a first-world problem.

So is it Row A that is flat seating and Row B is the tiered? I did not understand that from the seating plan.

I think if you were offered those seats at 9.02 they would not be the Eur115 tickets but the cheaper tickets? You can still easily get tickets in Block B closer to the stage if you purchase the top price tickets. Block A is flat and Block B is tiered.
