Dear Walkers!
Thanks to all Walkers for your post cards and the great little DVD. Looks like the weekend was a treat, thanks to Joe's commitment and the beautiful nature of Ireland!
Eija and I are sorry to have missed all of it, but we plan to visit Galway at a later date (maybe before or after next year's Dublin Event).
It was important for us to be here when our granddaughter was born (on September 18). One of the most important moments in our lives.
Everything is fine now with Jenni, Rauli and the dark-haired baby.
She has no name yet (in Finland the name will be given when the child is about 2 months old).

Dear Friends,
Thank you so much for the beautiful postcards-they meant so much to us. We were with you in spirit that weekend and we anxiously await next year when we plan to return to Ireland for the event-perhaps we will accompany Jarkko and Eija to the west coast. We've really enjoyed looking at the pictures and reading the reports.

i would also like to add my belated thanks to joe for the great time we all had in galway...despite the absence of some precious friends for reasons both sad and joyous i think we all managed to enjoy ourselves in the manner to which we have become accustomed to....well done joe you did yourself proud....

and a special thanks to everybody on the last night in the quays bar who did their best to look interested when henning stood up and insisted on demonstrating his yo-yoing skills....and big thanks also to ciarán for holding up the roof throughout most of the evening.... ta ken
