Your music and poetry mean so much to all of us here, you have such a knack for nailing the emotions and experiances
we go through in life.Whenever I feel a bit down all I need to do is listen to your songs and I'm soothed and comforted.

Have a wonderful birthday and take care of yourself,we all love you.

Happy Happy 75th birthday Leonard. I have loved your music ever since I saw the album cover of "Songs of Love and Hate" and bought it not knowing who you were. I was immediately hooked and as a consequence have seen you countless times throughout the years and of course have all of your recordings. Your music affects me deeply and there are times I just have to hear some of the songs. Here's to another 75, a box of chocolates, long stemmed roses and a bottle of wine. And love of course. happy birthday, leonard.

also from fraser nelson - - who wrote in yesterday's news of the world (not online AFAIK)

fraser nelson - your insider in the corridors of power

nelson's mandela

leonard cohen is 75 tomorrow and still on a world tour to recover cash lost when his pension fund was raided by its manager.

amazing how many pensioners have a work ethic that shames the young

accompanied by small pic of leonard in shades.
