Will I have to buy a tuxedo?

Well, a BBC Four Session in the intimate setting of St Luke's in London would be rather splendid.

If it's good enough for Springsteen, Randy Newman and Van Morrison, it's good enough for Mister Cohen....

Personally, I really DO hope that it is going to be in Europe somewhere; but the fact that the event will be announced officially on New York time does not make me feel too confident about this!
P.S.: But perhaps we can still have dinner, Mr. Cohen?

jarkko, this is amazing, exciting news. can you tell us if this is in the US or Europe and if there will be precautions to prevent ticket agents/brokers from getting access to these seats?

Me too but ... how expensive can transatlantic flights be these days????

A concert in Hydra on June 13, 2009

Wow...what fabulous news! I too have a feeling it will be either somewhere in the US or Canada but love Antoine's idea of Hydra in June! I have promised myself to follow Leonard anywhere (well, almost) and this will be one concert NOT to miss! How exciting!! Can't wait to read the details.

With the media included perhaps this will be the kickoff concert for the US/Western Canada tour! What better than a concert hall filled with adoring, devoted fans of Leonard! You will probably be able to hear us 2 states (or provinces) away!

unlikely, because then tomorrow's news would be identical to announcing the US / Western Canada tour, and Jarkko expressly said that that is not going to be the case... Personally, I love the Hydra idea!!
Ah, wouldn't you think that with Jarkko "lifting the veil of secrecy", the speculations would end? But instead, here we are again, wondering...

Ah, but what fun the speculations are! I think almost everyone (with the exception of a couple of grumpy entries ) has enjoyed the last few days and had some good laughs! You are indeed correct re the tour...I forgot in a moment of excitement! Can't wait to hear the details.....
