Now you've made me laugh!
Have a good weekend!

Weird coincidences...

After months of abstinence due to lots of work and unfortunate private circumstances, I just returned to browse through the forum, and I'm struck by your thread...
Exactly this stanza came to my mind yesterday or the day before, giving me some comfort by reminding me of what Leonard's been going through during the last months. A wonderful experience to be backed up by one of his poems, now reinforced by your appreciation of these very same words.
Thank you, Linda, and thank you, too, ladies, for your sensitive comments.

MonkOverBook,
There are some that claim there is no such thing as 'coincidence'. I don't know whether or not you ascribe to that notion but let's, for the moment, believe that somehow those very powerful words were meant to connect us in some way, even for this brief time. I'm so glad I just happened to post the very words you were thinking. That
couldn't be coincidence!
Linda.

remember..... there's a crack in everything - that's how the light gets in...
more or less light... letting me see ever so little of the outside, massive world...

Ah...Marcel...still wearing your fuzzy, purple slippers....? Yeppum. There's a crack in everything...I guess that's how you got out...just as the light got in...

... but I'm so glad you did ... as long as you're seeing something of the rather massive outside world .... that can only be a good thing ....
See you,
Linda.

greetings lakeside...
don't laugh, but one of my slippers has a "crack" in it .... that's how the big toe gets to point at the outside world...
