tried again with AXS via email today regarding my e-ticket and got the same reply:
Hello Paul,
Thank you for your e mail.
Tickets are dispatched approx 10 days prior to the event.
If for any reason you do not receive them, bring your credit card and e mailed
confirmation to the box office on the day of event and you will be able to collectect duplicates.
I suppose they should arrive soon but it is strange how different the experience has been with some people getting them already.

I am highjacking this thread a little but just in case anyone does have a couple of spare GOOD tickets they want to get rid of closer to the event please could you let me know. I know sometimes circumstances change closer to the event and my plea is just getting lost in the other thread and as it is the O2 I am interested in I have placed it here also.

I am pretty certain you should have your e-tickets by now Paul. We've had our hard tickets for at least 10 days.

Thanks ---- yes, that was my sense too .. I have this feeling that they really do not read the emails very carefully ... In any case, it sounds like I can ask again nearer the time and should be OK. P

Paul,
I had sent an email to AXS asking for my etickets a few days ago, they sent them within the next couple of hours
maybe it's worth sending them a message?

Thanks for the info and suggestion. That's essentially what I did and got the reply above. It just reinforces my point that the response seems to vary. At some point I will be within the 10 day limit and be able to push them a bit!

that was the address I used ... hence my thoughts on uneven responses .. no choice now but to be patient!

After another email to AXS which this time simply said "Please send my electronic tickets" they finally arrived - reissued they said but I found no evidence anywhere of the originals being sent. Hope no one else is in a similar position but if you are an email to AXS should work ...

well I was reluctant to say anything until I had the tickets in my hand. At the last O2 concert a few of us met up at the Pilot Pub
http://www.pilotgreenwich.co.uk/find-us. It is only 5-10 minutes walk away from the O2 and is a decent place with a garden (assuming good weather) and food. Not sure of Sunday opening hours these days in the UK (I presume pubs stay open all afternoon) but I certainly think it is a better option than all the overpriced and crowded places right by the O2 itself. Opening a new thread on this but not really able to organise anything other than to say I hope to be there from about 430pm!

We had the same experience. Sent an e-mail to AXS that we still hadn't received our tickets. Next day they arrived with the text:
Please note, these are new tickets containing new bar codes, but your seat details will remain the same. These tickets replace those previously issued for your order, which are no longer valid for admission to the event.
