I received my VIP tickets for Detroit just a couple of days after the purchase. No package yet.

I just received my San Jose VIP tickets.., but no VIP package.
Can anyone chime in in when we are supposed to receive the VIP packages?
Is it by mail or will call at the venue? anyone know?

The tickets come from the ticket seller while the merchandise seems to be coming from AEG. I have no idea how long it will take. As I recall from last tour, once the packages are ready, they seem to go out fairly quickly.

I just received my VIP ticket for Portland, about two weeks after the order date. For Seattle, I opted to have it printed at my local Ticketmaster outlet, but Comcastix had no such option. Very much looking forward to seeing the merchandise. I'm guessing it will arrive some time between tomorrow and 8 months from now!

I emailed AEG asking when ghe merch will be delivered and their response was :
"They will arrive a few days before the show date "

I purchased a Diamond VIP ticket for the November 7, 2012 concert in San Jose. I have not received any gift merchandise. I have written to aeglive.com about this. Does anyone have any information on when merchandise will be shipped? shimkis3637
