Maarten,
By looking at the photographs that I have: Sharon was absent from Tower of Song (only the Webb Sisters) to Take This Waltz (not present at band intro #2), the entire 2nd part.
She does appear for the first encore and is present from So Long Marianne towards the end of the show.
Don't know the reason.
