Looks like pretty many Europeans have booked to the Deluxe rooms at Imperial Palace, http://www.imperialpalace.com. Price of this type of rooms 25$ - 75$ per double room per night. (Saturday 75$ while weekdays much cheaper). Imperial is across the street of Caesars.

My sister and I will be arriving on Thursday December 8th and will be attending both concerts. We are staying at Caesars Palace and woud love to be included in any meet-ups. I am looking forward to meeting everyone and putting a face to a name. Lady di and I are already well aquainted since we live in the same state and have become very good friends so I will be looking to her to help me with introductions .
So count me and my sister in on any dinners, meetups and also side trips.. My sister's name is Sharon and she is also very excited to be part of this wonderful group. Lizzy you have already met her at the Tampa concert last year in Florida.

I would love to meet up with everyone on Saturday after the show for drinks. I'm sure I will need to talk with those who just had the same experience as I had. I doubt there will be much sleeping that night.

I suspect it might be an idea to keep an updated running list of all participants on line at the head of this thread as Maarten did last year as that will give you and everyone else a clear indication of the numbers involved.

If one of the events is more formal maybe you will need a cut off date so you have a definate idea of numbers before aproaching various venues.

Given everyone will be at Caesers for two nights it might make sense to have one meet up/function there either possibly late afternoon or a buffet after a show?

Maybe if there were eg two meet ups - one more formal - different people could organise each to share the load.

Just ideas after watching and joining the more structured meet ups in Barcelona and Las Vegas last year.

My wife Sharron and I will be in Honolulu and both Las Vegas concerts.

I've seen now ~ twice ~ where some are referring to Thursday, as the 8th of December... my calendar and my hotel booking show the 9th... yet, both times I've seen that here, my heart jumped and I thought, "Oh NO! Did I book the wrong DATE!?!"

I'll be arriving on Thursday, the 9th and will be leaving on Sunday, the 12th, so please include me in the counts. Wonderful for a Las Vegas woman to be taking on this kind of responsibility ! Thanks, grannypoe!

Of course, I'm tempted to latch onto IrishMar, too... but has anyone considered that, perhaps, Leonard awaits her and intentionally doesn't appear when she's with a crowd ?

lol...I think indeed a couple of us (maybe even me) have erroneously referred to the 8th of December as Thursday. December the 8th is without a doubt a Wednesday! This is the date I'm arriving and I know a few other early birds will be doing the same thing. You have NO idea how much I'm looking forward to seeing you again at this special moment in time!

ps...yes, I think Leonard has a special attachment to our IrishMar Perhaps Albert should check this out!

We would like to be counted into any meetups in Las vegas--our first meetup was in Sligo and we enjoyed it very much and look forward to meeting up again --good to put faces to names. We are there from 9th to 13th.
