andrea's suggestion Via Ghibbellina is good for me. I haven't been to Florence yet, but that pub seems good. It's up to our forum people..I will be there, and I'm looking forward to see Leonard again

I hate to be so cynical.... But I don't trust Italians with time. The tour page on this site says the Florence Concert starts at 7:00pm. If you go to Leonard Cohen's facebook page it also says the concert starts at 7:00pm. Here's the link http://apps.facebook.com/ilike/concert/ ... f_concerts .
The tickets (sold by Italians) says the concert starts at 21:15 (9:15pm).
God Blessed the Italians with food and wine,
But he sure as hell didn't bless them being on time!
Please help relieve my anxiety! I need assurance! I can't be late! (but I also have to work that day...

oh! i read a lot of biases....
Brandon and Simona, you forgot Mafia and Spaghetti....
The show starts at 21:15 (means at 21:30 as in every country!).

ps: is there any chances to meet someone of the band in Florence?before the soundcheck they usually visit the city of the venue....

Rundquist.........I had a travel agent book my trip. he also purchasesd my ticket..I called him regarding the time...he said he would contact his people in Florence and try to find out the actual time......because of the time difference, he may not have an answer until late tomorrow...I will be in Florence on the 31st. If we have no answer sooner I will go to the venue and try to get an answer.........Jeanne
