PLEASE VOTE: So Long Marianne OR The Master Song ?

Thanks to all of you - almost 500 - who participated in the
voting on the front page of The Leonard Cohen Files.
The poll was very even. Both songs (So Long Marianne and
The Master Song) had more than 200 supporters. At the end
Master had got 252 and Marianne 226 votes. Marianne had
been heading the results for the most of the time.
Probably these number are too close to each other to have
some effect on the song selection, but we will see in October!

I agree, George, but looks like that's
not going to happen. It really was
a matter of the very last track, all
the others were already nailed. My
guess is that Marianne will be used
because the songs were so equally-
matched.
