1st Mezz...Row A - Can't remember the seat num.

Looking forward to a meet up - making the trip to Vegas just for LC. Hopefully there will be a post-show get together too.

Is everyone staying at Caesars?

Hi CohenFan08,

I'm at Caesar's and I think several others are also, but I know of a few staying at hotels either across the street or within a 5 minute walk. We will have a meetup before the concert and of course want to make sure we're there by 630pm for the will-call and the early entrance! Details on the meetup will be posted as it gets towards the end of October. Since we're all going to be close by this will be easy! :D

Right now we are booked into both Caesar's and Bill's Saloon (across the street from Caesar's and only $45 per night). If the price at Caesar's does not come down to a 'reasonable' price, we will opts for Bill's (with Big Elvis 8) ).

I haven't booked our room yet - and won't until fairly close to departure time. Living in L.A. we go to Las Vegas often. Mid-week specials are rife for this time of year (at Travelocity or Expedia) - and we should be able to book into the Luxor (our hotel of choice) for around $75.00/night in an air/room package. We're thinking we will stay Wednesday & Thursday and return home on Friday afternoon. Really looking forward to meeting the Forum folks in person and especially Jarkko, such a wonderful custodian of this priceless website. I will bring some of my old Hydra pix to share with the group.

If some of you who are coming to LV and will not be coming to the dinner, you can still meetup with other forum members. This seat locater will let others know where you will be so that we will be able to meet each other face-to-face :D . Anyone who has not let us know where you are sitting for Las Vegas, this is the place to do so.

Best regards,
Mary

Is that early entrance only for the will call people?

Hi Nico,

It seems things may be changing but I can't remember where Jarkko posted it on the Forum. Probably somewhere in this US Tour thread. Originally, the venues would open their doors early (like 630pm) for will-call ticket holders and in that first 1/2 hour some band members would circulate....like at the Beacon. However, most places would let you in early if you mentioned your were with the Forum or fan club. But lately Jarkko mentioned that the early entry but NOT be happening. I do hope this does not apply everywhere.....most especially at the last 2 concerts of this World Tour!

Early entry did not happen in Europe but will again happen in the last US leg of the World Tour 2008-2009! (See separate thread)
