Does anyone know if we can get a refund on our tickets purchased for the 25th? We can't attend the concert on the 24th

I want to ask anyone out there, who has tickets for the show in Verona and isn't able/for any other reason doesn't want to attend the show on the 24th of September to try to sell these tickets here on the forum (viewtopic.php?f=58&t=31751) before trying to get refund!

This is the first notification I have received about the changing of dates for the concert. And it arrived two minutes ago. Well...

Do I read this correctly? Can I just keep the (not yet sent) tickets and go on the 24th or will I have to undertake any action in order to keep them valid on the 24th?

Well, it says that the tickets are VALID for the new date, but ANYHOW it is recommended to confirm your partecipation. I think it is better to send an answer (there is a link called:" Per inviare il riscontro clicca qui" in the bottom of the e-mail), and say:

CONFERMO LA MIA PARTECIPAZIONE PER LA DATA 24/09/2012 - Leonard Cohen. Id Order: xxxxx (number of your order).

I think this is the safest way.

YES this is correct Gallina
and it says before 16.4.2012.

Also those who do not want the ticket anymore have to comunicate it before 16.4 so they can be refunded for the tickets not used.
