I'm happy that everyone got their tickets sorted out with blueticket in the end .

Just out of curiosity, did anyone get a confirmation from ticketline?
I did, it seems as if their system was working for only a couple of minutes between 1:45 p.m. and 2 p.m. yesterday.
Are these tickets valid or did the complete pre-sale switch to blueticket?

Glad you finally found a ticket. Saw the same pattern on the public sale this morning. I'm no longer annoyed about my not-so-good
tickets for Madrid. I´ve always got excellent ones thanks to Jarkko and this forum and now I have one for Lisbon

It seems logical that if you receive an email confirmation and your credit card is charged that the presale is valid. However, I would phone them. Just in case.

I definitelly lost presales and sales for MAdrid because of payment system problems from my bank. I'm interested in getting two tickets for Madrid from first rows is anybody wants to resale them. I'm open to negotiate higher prices if tickes are good.

Heike, I've also "bought" 4 tickets (first row) from Ticketline (see my post on page 8 of this thread). Everything went smoothly, but no e-mail confirmation...Meanwhile was the situation completely changed, the system of Ticketline was closed and new seller announced. Today I've checked my purchase (with my log-in), but I couldn't find anything...
But they have charged me 371 euro's, it's gone now.
I don't think we can get any tickets from them. I am trying to get my money back.

(I have bluetickets now - row 4, but it's still O.K.)

We also booked yesterday around midday tickets for lisboa via ticketline and the whole process seemed ok up to the end.
As we did not get the confermation email we phoned them 2 hours later (+351 21 794 14 00, there´s first an automatic answer, then a person who might speak english or not, if not hang up and try again). They said we would not have any booking.
But probably your case is different. If they cashed in the payment, that´s a strong positive sign.
However I would try and call them.
(BTW we later bought our tix with blueticket)

I emailed ticketline saying I did not get a confirmation email and asked was the booking still valid and they emailed me a confirmation and receipt of payment pdf file and said I would receive my tickets in the post. However they did not say when they would be posted. Hopefully this is the case. I won't know though until the tickets arrive (if they do).

Need ticket for MADRID!

Thanks for your happiness for me, hazey... unfortunately, I AGAIN need a ticket for Madrid!
My new debit card arrived JUST TODAY, though, so I'll at least be able to try for myself, I guess... unless someone has an extra.

I don't know what happened... something about my having PM'd her on Facebook and that she rarely checks there because she doesn't get notifications of FB in her email account. Since that's where she made the offer, though, that's where I responded, first telling her that I wanted it and her saying okay... and then PM'ing her on FB with more info re: payment. For some reason, I thought it was all confirmed. After that, some German girl phoned her husband and since she hadn't heard from me she said, the ticket went to that girl. I don't know anything beyond that... except to know that I'm gutted. Had I known to ONLY respond to her here, I would have.

So, maybe I'll see more of Spain than I'd expected. Everything happens for a reason, and I'd give anything for this to be the worst to happen in my life in the past year.
