What an excellent event!
Everyone was so thankful that Cohen had walked out onto the stage.
His poetry was more than what many of us had expected.
That was beautiful!
Then to surprise us all with two beautiful songs!
I'm sure he felt the love from the crowd as we all sang along.
It was well worth the wait! Thank you!
Look forward to seeing ANJANI open the soon-to-be-announced world tour!

Hiya, another newbie to the forum here.
I just wanted to say how amazing it was to see Leonard in person.
I still can't get over it, that finally I got to see him live
A friend and I travelled to Belfast on Friday, flew over to Toronto on Saturday morning, and got there in time to get a signed copy of the book, grab some lunch and see the fantastic event that it turned out to be!
Absolutely worth the trip Can't wait until a tour is announced, I'm saving my pennies already!
We also squeezed in a drive from Toronto to New York City, saw the sights there before flying home yesterday. Jet lag is setting in now..Lol, but like I said, it was worth it!
I have some footage(very shaky) of the event if anyone can let me know where to post it, I'd be happy to share

Congratulations on your excellent aka wise decision to take a flight from Ireland to Toronto! Well worth it, I have no doubt ! Including a signed book, on top of seeing Leonard and Anjani Live ... and then New York!

I've been coming to this site for years, but just never joined in with the forum...
No, I flew out specially for the event in the hope of seeing Leonard live
I have been playing around with the footage, it is very shaky! Lol
being in the back of beyond, I have no broadband yet, I was trying to upload to photobucket, but it was going to take all day...
However, I am finally getting broadband next week, so I will get it sorted then
