Ann, I see I'll share my nights with the trains, hope it will be comfy to me as well. Anyway we'll be tired strolling around in the city, not only at the Trinity College, so it would perhaps be easier to sleep.
Shame on me, but didn't know LC's poem "A kite is a victim". A little shocking title until I read it all. Sad and true, thanks for letting me know.
will be my first visit to Dublin as well, Gio.... maybe I'll bump into you at Trinity? Hope I'm a long way from the trains tho....

You'll be fine, Gio - you'll have a great time. You sound like a person who sets out to enjoy a holiday, and it's all in the mind - at least most of it is, anyway! have fun...

I think I will as did many times in several different countries, Ann.
Just, this time, will attend a very special concert.. thrilled and emotional. I'm listening to LC's poetry/music and study a lot as I'd like to understand and enjoy as much as I can.
Hopefully many young raptors already left the nest and territory where they were born, so I can deal with "our man" almost all my free time.
BTW anybody from Italy in Dublin that week?

If the shows are to be as long as in Ghent they would need to be on stage at 7pm as our curfew is 11pm.

I see MEB (who seems to be WELL CONNECTED! ) has said on another thread that the Dublin concerts will begin at 7pm. Glad to hear that.

If you go on Acu weather it gives 24 day forecast. Looks like its going to be a mixture of sun, cloud and not too much rain
