smccallon,

You just gave me an idea. Let's see if it works?

Yes, I like Twisted Sister. :D

Their best album is "Come Out And Play" from 1985. Dee Snider is a great singer.

Hi smccallon. They're on with Alice Cooper who I'm going to see in Cardiff next month. I don't feel guilty; I'm old enough to take full resonsibility for my all my tastes  (and, heaven knows, I suspect I may be old enough to be your mother  ). Hope you'll report your impressions of the concert you go to on here.

Linda, I'm so glad you didn't, I prefer your hair the way it is. Not that I know how it is, but I'm sure I prefer it that way, anyway.

See you,

Diane

:D Yes, I think even 'bald' would be preferable to that rat's nest. I wonder what I was thinking at the time??

Ha. One of life's mysteries.

Cheers,
Linda.

Went to see TS and Alice Cooper last night. Alice Cooper was his usual amusing self, getting himself beheaded by an on-stage guillotine and the like. He did a great version 'Poison'. Twisted Sister I have never seen before. They were a riot. Although I don't think Dee Snider's flourescent sky blue eye shadow was quite the shade I'd have chosen. At one point he said, "We've always looked like aging (expletive) drag queens." He said it!

It was fun.
