for last year's walking group here's a reminder of our moonlight walk round galway bay to blackrock...maybe at the end of the walk instead of just kicking the wall as is the tradition we should have all gone for a swim....after contacting the fenit lifeboat station i can assure everybody the man in the video is NOT joe costello....ta ken

There's a full moon over Galway Bay tonight
Silver light over green and blue
And every place I travel through, I find
Some kinda sign that you've been through

Steve Earle (tribute to TVZ)

I think I am a day late on the full moon, but Happy St Patrick's Day to all my LC friends. Hope to see you in the summer:-)

Remember when we were in Galway last year, (happy days), that I won the B V B scarf, which I think was provided by Bernadine, for predicting the correct match score. Well, as nice as it was to win the prize, I felt that it was a waste just lying in my wardrobe.

When I saw that Liverpool FC are holding a 25 year memorial service for the Hillsborough victims on the 15th April, and as part of the day there will be a huge "96" set out on the pitch which will consist of scarves donated from any club or sport, I had an idea.

So I have taken the scarf to be a part of the presentation.

If you could please let Bernadine and the others know what I have done, and I hope that she, and everybody else attached to BVB, agree with my sentiments, and are not upset that I have done this.

Cheers
