Manchester Sound Check

Does anyone know what time sound checks take place and if anyone is allowed in to watch and if so how they get in.

Does anyone know where Leonard is staying as I would love to get an outdoor photo of him (but not otherwise disturb him)

When i picked up 'will call tickets' mid afternoon in saint john, new brunswick , canada back in april i could vaguely hear the soundcheck going on.
My tickets happened to be in a ' special pile' (rather small )labelled ' fanclub'.
Having been thus identified as a member of the 'fan club' i found myself asking if there was any chance of being allowed in for the soundcheck.
Canadians tend to be polite and helpful so she didn't say no immediately - made a phone call and eventually someone got back to her with the answer ' no' , but given apologetically !

It turned out Leonard was staying in the same hotel as us and i caught a glimpse of him !

I doubt anyone will be let in for the manchester soundcheck . That's something jarkko hasn't yet arranged for us !

Sound check should be around 2:30pm? The arena doesn't give you anywhere you can possibly meet an artist though unfortunately for you. In terms of the hotel, it's pretty easy to figure out but I can't say I know.

As far as the soundcheck buy a hi - vis vest, become a little Hitler and you'll get a job at the Arena.

Incredible show, really great. Was nice to bump into a few of you and was say beside cohenadmirer. Missed the first half of tower of song because the stewards at the back were being very odd and sending me all the way round after getting drinks. Still, amazing night. I need to try and make Leeds! Setlist was pretty much as standard with the final encore being tried to leave you and save the last dance. On stage at 7:35 and off stage at 11:10.

Some people got setlists but I didn't manage it. Was told by one crew member it is for legal reasons he couldn't give it me, yeah right!!

So great, loved that show.
