I'd trade both of these for some concert dates, no problem!

Hyde Park I reckon

blur + the specials are playing there for the end of olympics bash, which coincides neatly with the start of the tour

there's also victoria park

and Old Trafford cricket ground
blithe, urbane and inebriated.

Is this a hint that the 2012 tour is just the tip of the iceberg? I recall that in the Rolling Stone interview, Mr. Cohen said that he wouldn't want to do just a small tour. So... maybe there are several UK dates planned "in the long run" (2013?).

One visible concert date and lots of dates below the surface?
Don't want to dissapoint you but!!!
The old iceberg theory is also refered to as 'The theory of Omission' (a term use to describe Ernest Hemmingway's way of writing), As a Journalist he learned to omit anything of little importance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not a good way to refer to the UK i think.

Lets hope jarrko wasn't referring to that 'Iceberg Theory'

Oh and welcome to the 300+ new members since monday...Hope they still contribute to the forum after they have purchased their concert tickets!

I wonder if anyone (Dear Jarkko...) can say when approximately the possible UK concert maybe if it were to take place? There's a gap between 14 & 25 August and then between 6 & 11 September and between 12 & 25 September.

I'm just wondering because if it's not in August I need to buy tickets for Ghent NOW!

You don't know what it feels like to be in Montreal. You would think, right? Three shows in four years, all in June 2008.

I hope John (Ehterington) when you mention it may be high taxes that keep Leonard away, is totally wrong.
