Does anyone know about the presale procedure? Is it as easy as following the link that you'll be providing, Jarkko?

But this is when the sales start monday, right? Not that I intend to buy more than four tickets, but presale is not through billetlugen, is it?

Maybe it´s only 4 tickets if you buy tickets bringing a wheelchair as the note says. You should sign up with an account on Billetlugen before tomorrow. You will be linked to Billetlugen tomorrow.
