Arlene ... I must have missed you by yards if not minutes in Oakland this pm! I went over to Oakland to collect my tickets before the box office closed at 3.00 pm and ended up watching the Oakland Christmas Parade from a position less than one block from the theatre. Never mind, I will see you at Luka's tomorrow afternoon.

The ANTHEM intro of Rafael is terrfiic - I loved watching Rafael's laughing and enjoying it thoroughly receiving a loud cheer form the audience.
Well deserved!

Getting ready to leave for OAKLAND meet-up #2. Alas, because of the rain yesterday, I had to miss meet-up #1. But I did get to see Esther/mnkyface at the theatre and some of the others as well.

The second OAKLAND concert was SPECTACULAR. I have to pack for my next concert stop, Portland. Just have time for one short video highlight.

At the second concert, I had decided to take only videos of songs I missed at the first concert. So my camera was not on, when I heard his first words to his Anthem intro, something different, along the lines of,

"Most of my detractors have died.."

Aha, so I started my camera immediately and captured a delightful minute and half:

"Leonard Cohen is a boring drone and should go the f*k back to Canada ..

A lot of wine has passed under the bridges since then.."
