Meet-up in Oslo after the concert?
Meet-up in Oslo after the concert?
How about a meet-up in Oslo after the concert?
Maybe in the Radisson Blu (SAS) Plaza Hotel directly across the street.
http://www.radissonblu.com/hotels/norway/oslo
Its restaurant closes at 11 pm. But its bars are open longer:
Galway Bay
17:00 - 02:30
34 SkyBar
17:00 - 01:30
Or maybe someone with local knowledge has a better suggestion. - I suppose the bars in the Radisson Blu are rather expensive.

That is a great idea. I'm up for it, lest I during the concert find myself committing to Dance a young woman to the end of love (and back) that evening.
Now you've got the gist of what my lettuce meant.

Well, you certainly come with high hopes. - Good luck.I'm up for it, lest I during the concert find myself committing to Dance a young woman to the end of love (and back) that evening.

Sounds good to me - have never been to Oslo before so somewhere near the venue is perfect.
Re: Meet-up in Oslo after the concert?
sounds good--maybe the bar will supply some mermaids for us to dance with 'til closing time.

Always hope for the best, that way you can get utterly crushed and go on to make great art!Hartmut wrote:Well, you certainly come with high hopes. - Good luck.I'm up for it, lest I during the concert find myself committing to Dance a young woman to the end of love (and back) that evening.
Or something, cheers anyhow!

I guess the hotel bar is expensive. A cheaper alternative is Cafe Fiasco, close to the hotel:Hartmut wrote: I suppose the bars in the Radisson Blu are rather expensive.

Hey folks!
Pity we never met. I was there but I had no idea who might be from the forum, and I got to talking to some other folks and hung out with them. I was right by the bar though, dancing and having fun! The bright bar staff had put on a string of Cohen songs so everyone there were having a good time.
Awesome concert, except for the crowd not joining in for Hallelujah. Also he didn't play Avalanche
