Besides the ones that you have already said:

LADY MIDNIGHT

TONIGHT WILL BE FINE

That would be awesome. :D

I really love the Webb Sisters version of It It Be You Will, but I listened to Cohen Live earlier today and now I find myself yearning to hear Leonard sing it live again.

Most of my favourites have been mentioned by now; I would particularly love to hear these three:
"Alexandra Leaving" , So gorgeous and imaginative.
"The Window", Beautiful, but lack of a violin in the present band might make its inclusion unlikely.
"Night Comes On", The first LC song I fell in love with, especially this verse:
"The crickets are singing,
The vesper bells ringing,
The cat's curled asleep in his chair."
There is something about his phrasing and pronunciation here that hooked me for life ! It also provides a great summary of Leonard's life.
Forget your perfect offering -
There is a crack in everything...

Nothing original in my list, but:

Famous Blue Raincoat
The Partisan
Lady Midnight
Everybody Knows
Take This Waltz
Tower Of Song

I'm going to the Helsinki concert and it will be my first time to see Leonard live, so I'm more than happy with anything we will here then. Famous Blue Raincoat would be a great bonus though :)

Tonight Will Be Fine
Diamonds in the Mine
But he can do last year's tour all over again, and the night will still be fine by me!
Oh yeah, Famous Blue Raincoat would be great.

What I really want is to go back to 1970 and watch him at the Isle of Wight. I have it on dvd and it's good.

Thanks for that Inne! Hope that somebody else can confirm this list. Let's hope this list will be longer with the next concerts coming up!

dear heather,
i came so far for beauty through the stories of the street
and with nancy and the teacher in paper-thin hotels, like chelsea hotel and other memories
till night comes on, i can´t forget we took this longing from my tongue and tried a bitter searching of the heart...
waiting for the miracle, here it is: my famous blue raincoat in the darkness of lady midtnight
back in boogie street, i knew that the future is for real always light as the breeze
if it be your will i kiss you a thousand kisses deep, i open like a lily to the heat and you dance me to the end of love,
one of us cannot be wrong, lover lover lover don´t go home with your hard-on, is this what you wanted and why don´t you try
because that´s no way to say goodby + we ´re a bunch of lonesome heroes
so long + sincerly
marianne, partisan, sisters of mercy, isaac, the jazz police, the guests, winter lady, the butcher, the old revolution, last years man, the law, the gypsy´s wife, the captain + suzanne

i´m your man for real in manhattan cause i can´t forget the tower of song
hallelujah

let him sing other songs, boys..in the future.
but to be true he could also read a instruction for building a lawnmower
or anything else, he makes me feel happy just listening this voice and feel his present
