Hi mutti,
all your songwishes are great to me... :)
and I would love to hear...One Of Us Cannot Be Wrong...
" O, please let me come into the storm..."

and PLEASE... "and the wind goes wild in the trees..."
( first row, and I don`t know if I will survive  )

and please if there is left few time,
" when the things you`ve planned need a helping hand,
I will understand...ALWAYS... :D "

Greetings Susanne

I would love to hear Because Of. I think it would sound great with this band, these backing singers and of course Leonard's deep rich voice. I think the women in the audience would go nuts!

I agree, Marsha- Because Of would be awesome. I would also like to hear Memories and Light as the Breeze.

Out of the great choices allready made, I second:
One of us cannot be wrong,
Light as the Breeze,
Alexandra Leaving
And I would like to add:
The window
"There’s no forsaking what you love ...."

Ah there are so many..

With some quick thinking:

Teachers
Chelsea hotel
Letters
Faith
Alexandra leaving
one of us cannot be wrong
Night comes on
Partisan

I do not include famous blue raincoat since I was among the lucky ones who heard it live back in 2008 =]
Strangers passing in the street,
by chance to seperate glances meet,
and I am you and what I see is me.

The Story of Isaac would be as poignant as it ever was.

As much as I love the songs that he's played the last couple of years, I wouldn't mind if he dropped most of them in favour of a totally different selection. My choices would include:

Blessed Is The Memory
Avalanche
One Of Us Cannot Be Wrong
Memories
The Letters
Do I Have To Dance All Night?
Queen Victoria
Waiting For The Miracle
The entire Ten New Songs :D
Blue Alert (With Leonard singing)

Although I would most appreciate hearing Famous Blue Raincoat again.

Chelsea Hotel
Famous Blue Raincoat
A Thousand Kisses Deep

though to be honest Leonard could stand there and read aloud a train timetable and still be mesmerising. :D

As much as I love the songs from the last couple of years, I do hope they shake it up a little..so, I'm not going to mention any of the current songs, EXCEPT, for the new ones..

Feels So Good
The Darkness
Lullaby ...and...

Because Of
Joan of Arc
Light as the Breeze
Alexandra Leaving
Memories ...and...

Billy Sunday would make it perfect, especially with this band! :D

Ahhhhhhhhh come on folks, "go no more a rovin" and the "sally gardens"?????????????
This is Leonard Cohen we're going to see, not Shane McGowan. Much as I love Shane, there is a difference!
Most of you know by now that I'm a huge "Marianne" fan. Everything else will be welcome, even the midges!
