Who knows? The UK could well be covered in the Summer leg of the tour, or maybe the first stop in the Autumn. Failing that I'm sure it will feature in the 2011 tour!

Now, that's the spirit, John!

 Exactly  !

The voices I hear calling are South Africa, Russia, and South America... the Balkan countries, China, Japan, India, who knows, maybe even Fiji. Many more I've not even thought of... they're voices I've not heard so much, at least not in the reviews, and they're SO REFRESHING 8) !!

For so many years, I knew Leonard Cohen belonged only to me [and to my former husband, who introduced me to his music]. I listened to him alone in the dark and sang along with him in the daylight and at night. He was my secret place. I saw and met him briefly, I believe in 1976 and I knew, as I'd known before I met him, that I'd never encountered anyone like him before and that I never would. And he still remained mine. I've become convinced, however, that Leonard Cohen belongs to the world.

We've known for years that he belongs to the ages, Leonard's music is eternal; yet, as time has gone on and this tour has continued and I've seen Leonard own one stage and then another and another and another still, and I've felt what it's like to be amongst those groups of people who also love him, I know he belongs to all of us... and we all have the same 'inalienable right' to see him. I hope this 2010 Tour will take him to as many new places as possible and that as many new people as possible will have the privilege of seeing him for their first time. I hope, too, that some who had no choice but to travel far to see him before will have the good fortune to see him again much closer to home. That's how it was for me in Florida; yet, again, I travel far to see him in his last concert of 2009. No matter where you have to go, he's worth the trip.

I would LOVE to see Leonard, again... after San Jose. Maybe I will. Maybe, too, I won't. Money dictates these days. But OH to have so many new people have their breath taken away when they see Leonard run onstage for their first time ever :D . These are the images that are deep in my heart... the ones who will say "I never DREAMED I would ever see Leonard Cohen LIVE, but last night I did :D :D :D !!!"

It's official now. I no longer worry about Leonard, his health, and his welfare. I pray for the best and that all will go well. However, he's doing exponentially better than I am in these matters. I have no reason to worry. Leonard is doing well... very well.

How cool would that be if Leonard returned to the Isle of Wight Festival after 40 years! 11 to 13 June 2010 at Seaclose Park, Newport ....

Lizzy,

You say what I feel but can't express. I second you wishes for everyone to be able to see 'our man' in concert.

Warmest regards,
