Hi hi. Im on my way with my family on the concert in Weybridgde. We are staying in London over the weekend so I need some information from you people and I hope that you can help me.

When does the concert hall open on Saturday? We need to take the train from London and I think the train takes one hour so we need to be in time in Weybridge.

Does anyone here now when the concert will end so we can take the train back to London?

Isnt it right that this is an outside concert?

Where is the meet up before the concert?

I hope somebody can help me here and sorry for this stupid questions.

Vido this is the information on the booklet which arrived with the tickets

Access to the concert site 4:00 p.m.

Access to the Auditorium from 4:30 p.m.

The show will commence at 5:45 p.m. that will be Suzanne Vega

Umbrellas should not be used within the seating area

Weybridge station is a 30 minute walk from the site and is well served by Southest trains from London Waterloo, Guildford and Staines

There is a FREE shuttle bus service from Weybridge Station to MBW both before and after the concert

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT MBW AND THERE ARE NO CASH MACHINES THERE so make sure you have money with you

The concert is outside and a few of us are meeting in the Cafe which opens at 4 unless someone comes up with a better meeting place this is all we have

I think the concert ends around 10:30 - 10:45 I did see it somewhere but can't find it now but be aware Leonard is a master at encores

I will aim to meet everyone at the café, but probably not before 4.30pm. Latest forecast, dry at 7pm but 'heavy rain' at night

Exactly where are the café and the "main building", relative to the stage? It seems to me there are several average-sized buildings dotted around.

I wanted to go by train but from where I live, in south west london, there is a 90 minute connection so it will have to be by car.

Can you park till late in the retail park car parks? How far away are they?

I don't mind walking, but prefer not to in dark and drizzle, it was bad enough at Birmingham last year in the snow!

Is there an official entrance for the concerts for cars?.

I am still not sure what time it starts, I didn't get any insert with my tickets giving times, like some people did.

The timetable for the 436 bus from Weybridge Station to MBW says the last bus is at 1718.

Are the "shuttle buses" on offer these buses or separate ones that will be running later? Don't really want to get to MBW 'til about 1815-1830.

If you arrive that late, Suzanne Vega will already be on stage when you are making your way to your seat.

Maybe so but I'm sure there will be plenty of others who do want to see her so I'd suggest you don't try to get to your seat while she's on!
