Chance of being pulled from the audience

Post by Sideways »

at some stage or other I am sure Lenno will pull fans from the audience to join him on stage. I have got front row seats and I'm just wondering what I should wear to make him notice me.I am going to wave a banner saying "notice me, Lenno. I really like your music" I am now scared that is too forward. I also plan to wear see-through shoes and hope that turns him on!!
yeah, well, errrrm, hum, yeah, ok, I dunno, articulation is not my fing, who cares, SHUT IT YOU MUPPET, blah blah blah

Hi Heike ~

I'm curious what makes you think Leonard will be pulling someone from the audience onto the stage... I'd be very surprized to see that happen. Even if it did in the old days, I can't imagine it now; unless someone leaps onto it, and even then I can't imagine it would be very much appreciated. Even so, I'm thinking Leonard would still be pleased to see you pleasingly dressed.

Good on you for your front-row seat 8) !

Blue raincoat. Make sure it is one of those shiny vinyl ones though, to reflect the stage lights back into his eyes. He'll be dazzled! (or maybe just dazed) lol

Yes, maybe instead of "Dance Me To The End Of Love" Leonard will do "Dancin' In The Dark" and pull you up on stage for the dance sequence during the sax solo.

Something tight, black and slinky!
See through shoes are an excellent idea, just make sure that they're flats, in case you need to jump onto the stage as Lizzy suggested.

At my second ever Lenny concert in Birmingham, England 1985 the man got a barn-storming reception and there was a bit of a mini stage invasion where a young woman hugged him so hard he could barely peel her off. (I was once part of a stage invasion at a Dylan concert in Prague... that's another story)

"Rags of light" should do the trick :) - but follow previous advice to add a raincoat (famous or otherwise) to avoid arrest on the way to the venue.

I think your banner should red "Look at me Leonard", and don't forget the green stockings. You can wear the famous blue raincoat over them.

Hi Jonnie I have not seen a post from you since I joined hope you are well.
I would be horrified if he did that to me, I think I would fake fainting to get out of it!!!!!!!!
Dr. John did that here in Fredericton, he asked for some women to dance on the satge for his last song. It is not a very sophisticated thing to do I really can't see him doing anything like that.
I am very curious to see how long it takes for the applause to stop when he gets on stage. I think it wil be a long one.
