I´ve got the pleasure of sharing this with you all. They´re two new songs recorded by Leonard himself on his keyboard (at home I suppose). Maybe we´ll hear them in his next CD.

I believe that these songs were first played on a radio programme where Leonard appeared with Anjani, a year or so back. Clearly they are works in progress.

Thanks to the original poster of these treasures and to Diane who passed on 'The Good News'!

I REALLY REALLY like them. They have me very excited about Leonard's next cd. Dear Heather was OK but I just don't find myself gorging on those songs indefinitely, as I do with 10 New Songs, The Future, I'm Your Man, his other recent work.

'Puppet' once again expresses something that I have experienced in this life..... I have always suspected myself of having a 'manipulation' complex. I seem to be acutely aware of the strings of tradition, culture, habitual behavior, karma etc. I think that is what Leonard is writing about. I have only listened to it once... one down and five million to go!

If anyone has some chord suggestions for the background music to "Book of Longing" and to "Puppets" I would appreciate knowing what you think they might be... I am not great at figuring chords out.

The sound of "Book of longing" somehow reminds me of "Lilly was here" from Candy Duffler.

I love Leonard and I like both songs. Very impatient for his new album... And hopefully a blue ray disk from the tour .
