Zenlove, I think your thread subject is a little harsh on the woman. Lizzy will not be pleased.

Hi Red Poppy,
Could you please explain what you mean?
Harsh on who?
And why mention Lizzy?
Thank you your time!

Can you "follow your bliss" Zenlove, after too much beer.
Or must you follow your beer with a good bliss?
Or what?
Or must you follow your beer with a good bliss?
Or what?

Up for it?
I'm always up for it,
I'm a pup for it,
I get up early for it,
stay in bed late just so that I can get up later for it,
climb real ladders to be really up for it,
ascend metaphorical stairways to be similed up for it,
when I'm not being up for it
I'm falling down after being up for it and then
getting up to be up for it again.
Oh I'm the boy to make you hop,
to drop dead in the middle of being up for it
and then resurrect myself from the self-same deadness
so that people will stand back and say:
He was always up for it!
James Joyce eat your heart out,
you self obsessed cannibal.

Hi Red Poppy!
My reply!
Up for it
Maybe your not up for it
Maybe it will corrupt you a bit
Meeting me face to face
Maybe your not a man for it
You seem to write a bit
But maybe your not right for it
I am being polite a bit
Maybe that frightens you a bit
To meet for a drink and talk a bit
I follow my Bliss a bit but never get pissed a bit
But maybe your lost a bit
Perhaps I can help you a bit
On that Beautiful Journey of life
To follow your Bliss!
Peace and Loving Compassion!

"Compassion," said Paddy Kavanagh,
"is your only man..
Never mind the spuds and cabbage or the sunshine over a field of wheat,
never mind women saying nice things and issuing invitations,
never mind pictures on gallery walls
or poems in books,
when it all comes down to it,
compassion is your only man.
Although, to be fair, the spuds and cabbage,
with a good dollop of butter,
and a shake of salt
and a big mug of cold milk
will always run compassion a close second."
"Paddy Kavanagh," said Brendan Behan,
"was a f***kin' eegit.
The spuds and cabbage win every time."
Take your pick Zenlove.

Re: ANJANI SOLD OUT
Didn't Behan think everyone was a f**king eegit???
Don't mean to interrupt the flow of your exchanges but spuds and cabbage were never really my thing. Now, as for a pint of plain....
RP, maybe you should take zenlove up on his offer of a few drinks. I think you could sell tickets to that one!!

Re: ANJANI SOLD OUT
Hi Guys,
Looks like you are both having fun ,I must say you have won and I accept my defeat!
You seem to be good men at heart and I wish you all peace and Love, Life is a bit of fun. Laurence Olivier once said to me " Be happy with your life, because life is far to short".
"On Raglan Road on an autumn day I met her first and knew
That her dark hair would weave a snare that I might one day rue;
I saw the danger, yet I walked along the enchanted way,
And I said, let grief be a fallen leaf at the dawning of the day."
- "On Raglan Road"
I shall not continue with this as life is to short!
I by the way am Irish too and thought that my fellow Countrymen were kind and gentle people, maybe not!
In fact my Third cousin was Ireland 's most famous Tenor!
I will you both well!
