So: the second St. John's concert is suddenly cancelled because of "scheduling conflict"...hmmmm...what is happening in Leonard's world on April 21... oh, yes! the Junos!

If that is true, it is very, very naughty of them.
Where did you hear of the cancellation Anne? I see the Mile One Centre is still listing the show on their website but it's disappeared from the ticketing system. No official news of course - the announcement is probably being prepared by a very expensive PR consultant as I write ....

Shame on them for pulling the show. Whatever happened to "Unfortunately Leonard Cohen can't be here tonight to accept his award ......."?

I hear you Anne, we were going to make that show when we were living out East, but it was cancelled.....a real heartbreaker.
Oh well, lets keep our fingers crossed for next time.
