At the time the tickets go on sale there will be a link that will be posted here for each theater as well as a password. All you have to do is click on that link and it will take you directly to the sale page, enter the password and you should be good to go.dannygrace wrote:Please explain the presale process.

is ti true that sometimes it's easier to get good tickets 5 or so minutes after presale starts?

Wow! Either there were very few New Orleans tickets or they went VERY fast - used this forum for two other shows and always got good tickets right when the links were posted here.

Thanks, Jarkko & Marie! We got Row P in Milwaukee (Orchestra 3-center section). We couldn't afford the top price, but could have been in 5th row for an extra $200. Just happy that we are able to see him again.

Problem in NEW ORLEANS. If you are trying to buy tickets, hang on. They are trying a fix now.

Much better than the Wallingford presale process. I wonder why that one was so different. Halifax & Memphis were exactly the same, & Halifax wasn't even the same ticketseller. . .
I think I got really good seats for Memphis. The ticketmaster website makes it look like the double letters are the front rows, but the Orpheum Theatre website has the single letters as the front rows; I hope the theatre's website is the correct one, because if not, that would mean I got really bad seats at the highest price level. . .
Editing: never mind that last paragraph! I checked again & both website have the single letters as the front rows (I was looking at it backwards before
. So now I can celebrate happily!! Thank you again & again & again. . .for the wonderful presales!
