Leonard gets a standing ovation for just walking on stage and
as he will be 79 in a month it is well deserved.
The great Les Paul was playing on Monday nights in New York into his 90's
and was asked in an interview at that time if there were any surprises on the night -
his answer was 'the surprise is that we turn up'.
Judging by Leonard at this time hopefully he can keep going to that stage -
'if it be his will'.

Like sue Russell I too am much older now but still remember how I felt at my first concert in Germany in the late 60's and sitting on the hill with my matches at isle of wright!!!!! Not missed a tour since and will be at manchester and Leeds feeling like a teenager again!!!!!
