Is this concert taking place in an Istanbul of another galaxy? The venue looks like a space station.

We better prepare ourselves for the photos of this audience, as the residents of this faraway galaxy might have green skin, antennae, huge black eyes, etc.. . .But I see that Leonard & the Webbs don't have their spacesuits on, so they must have a highly controlled environment inside the mother ship (where the concert is being held, of course). And with the great likelihood of very advanced technology, the sound quality will probably be "out-of-this-world". . .

just got back from the Ulker Arena - I can't stop smiling! Fantastic evening, could not have been better. Leonard was his usual wonderful self although I do believe he had a bit of a cold, nonetheless he was perfect as we're all of the band.

I wished I was born 77 years ago.... I wished I strolled the streets of Montreal as I grew up... studied at McGill....
It's too late for all that... now, all that I have is three nights with Leonard Cohen that I will remember when I close my eyes for the last time....

It is little notes like this

I have seen many great artists but last night was
absolutely different. It was totally spiritual and full of life. Mr.Cohen was so graceful and I'm so grateful to him cuz last night was the greatest show I ever seen

I almost cried when I heared the first notes of "Come Healing". That song really purified my weak soul. I get goose bumps when I think of that moment. It was astonishing. Wow !

The big suprises (for me) were "Different Sides" (one of my fav songs in Old Ideas), "Hey, That's No Way to Say Goodbye" and "Famous Blue Raincoat". He changed "sincerely, L.Cohen" with "sincerely, your friend" and it made my day ! Amen ! Hope to see
Field Commander again
