Well, Webb sisters said on the facebook they landed two hours ago, around 17.30, and also 1,30 h ago there was a picture on jutarnji.hr - newsportal of leading Croatian newspapers.
It says that Leonard alone landed in 14.10

Leonard Cohen enters the hotel in Zagreb
Kanadski kantautor nije zahtjevan gost, traži mir i prijevoz Mercedesom E klase
Leonard Cohen stigao u Zagreb
FOTO Leonard Cohen stigao u Zagreb pet dana prije koncerta

Traži mir i - prijevoz Mercedesom E klase.

Thanks for posting the great pictures here Tom! I just deleted a separate thread I started where I posted a Google translation of this article - and will put it here.

From Jutarnji list -

GOOGLE TRANSLATION -
Leonard Cohen arrived in Zagreb five days before the concert

Canadian singer is not very demanding guests, looking for peace and Mercedes E-class transportation Leonard Cohen arrived in Zagreb

ZAGREB - The old man with serious facial black hat, in his black suit, gray shirt and black tie, and a bag hanging over his shoulder slowly got off the bus.

He looked out of sorts photojournalists and without thinking too much speed up the pace and entered the hotel. Statement could not be obtained.

In those few seconds as he could be observed showed consistency and fame that follows him - Leonard Cohen does not like to talk with reporters, and he feels terrible when you press photographers troublesome.

Once in March this year delayed his arrival in Zagreb because of a back injury, the legendary Canadian singer-songwriter and artist Leonard Cohen is now about 14 hours 10 minutes landed at Zagreb Airport, from where with his entourage in a bus headed to the Hotel.

In Zagreb he arrived five days before his concert in Zagreb's Arena, which will be held on Sunday, for several reasons. The first is certainly the implementation of the last preparations for the upcoming European tour, and maintenance rehearsal. So Zagreb will get his double premiere, the most influential musician and songwriter of all time will perform for the first time in the metropolis, and it will also be the first concert at this year's European tour.

Unlike other world stars, Cohen is not a demanding customer. Looking for peace and - Mercedes E-class transportation. It is still not known whether the Canadian musician and distinctive long career decide to walk Zagreb or dine turkey with dumplings and Zagorje salty cheese.

It has sold about 10,000 tickets, the place still has only the upper bleachers.

I feel badly only for linking and quoting the articles here. Croatian press is sinking in lowest sensationalism, including the people selling the show this way instead of advertising it for months before. You can see from Leonard's eyes what does he think about that journalist and I do hope he doesn't think the same about Croatia, as I tend to agree with him on this particular matter.

I really agree Tom. I mean I am not sure that Lupa promotions needed to reveal that Leonard was arriving in Zagreb so early and it is bad news that newspapers have revealed which hotel they are staying in. I will be following your facebook advice and just keeping away ... Like you I hope Leonard and the others are able to get a sense of the city without being hounded by photographers and journalists.

Glazbena legenda u Hrvatskoj
Leonard Cohen stigao u Zagreb i pohitao – raditi

This one is how Leonard is humble star without any requests and how he was recognised on the airport and he was giving autographs. "Vecernji" also decided not to mention the name of the hotel, as many other newsportals.

Leonard Cohen stigao u Zagreb: Skromna zvijezda bez ikakvih prohtjeva!

Hello friends,

I am new to this forum in terms of contributing, but a long term reader and lurker from below. :) It is incredibly exciting to be just days away from seeing Leonard live for the first time, after so many years and so many songs. And there he stands (or rather, runs away from pesky photographers) in my hometown. I hope he feels welcomed, as this is energy we are sending to him I am sure.

I would be very happy to join you guys on pre-event meetup and since I'm a member of unemployed brigade as of late I am sure my "busy schedule" will allow. I must pose here one burning question I have; photography is one of my passions, it provided many sweet and bitter experiences, yet what I find in it is my way of talking to the world. Having artist such as Leonard perform in my home town, and being avid fan for 2 decades, I would be happy beyond words if it would be possible to enter Arena with some photo gear. I do intend to enjoy music and the show and the energy, hence I did not wish to apply for press accreditation for few shots only. Instead I was hoping to be able to "steal" some of show's energy and save them into my private collection of moments that made up my life by taking few shots from my spot in audience (24th row in parter I think).

I am not sure this is the right place to be asking this question, but maybe someone does have more info on topic: will it be possible to bring in photo gear to show? I know, I know, I should have invested in some super amazing mobile phone with billion megapixel photo and HD video, but that's not me...

Thanks for all your love and special cheers if you made it this far through this wall of text. :)

Love,
Tomi

Welcome Tomi. You may want to check with someone who has been to a concert at the Arena but generally, my experience with Leonard Cohen concerts is that you can get away with one of the small cameras (with flash off of course) or a mobile phone but not with anything that looks like professional photo gear!

Good luck!
