Hallelujah w/ Hebrew(?) lyrics... cover or rewrite?

Can someone who knows Hebrew (I THINK it's Hebrew) explain what's going on with this? Boi Kallah By the fact that it's identified as being sung at a "chuppah" I assume it's being used as a wedding song...?
