Probably after next album; she's still in the process of recording. She did small tour with Blue Alert CD (and with Leonard as the guest) in 2006, including NYC, Warsawa, Oslo, London...

is there still reason to believe that Anjani and Leonard are still together? Is no news good news? I thought she'd make an appearance on the tour at some point. I love her duet with Leonard on Never Got to Love You that DrHGuy put on his Other Songs of Leonard Cohen mix.

I am inclined to say they are no longer together. I have not seen one picture of her or even a mention of her in conjunction with the tour. Marianne has been to some shows and Dominique Issermann was in Venice but I have no knowledge of Anjani being at any shows which seems rather curious.

i feared the same thing. I also have not seen or heard anything regarding her :/

Personally, I think (unfortunately) that perhaps the new blues song "Feels So Good" may be about their relationship. I think they will always be the closest of friends but the relationship has changed. Of course, knowing how private Leonard is, we may all be WAAAY off base!

On the bottom level...it's really none of our business, but I think we all adore Leonard, and many of us have come to love Anjani. There was certainly a "moment in time" for their love....and who knows, it may be continuing even as we write!

I don't know Diana, Anjani recently told us (on her forum) that Leonard came over to her place in L.A. following a recent renovation, this was months after we heard "Feels So Good". If they are apart (and I see no indication that this is the case) it must be on very friendly terms.

There is a possibility that "Feels So Good" is just a song and not a status report.

Ah, but even Leonard has said that every song he has written has been for a woman! Guess we just need to try and figure out who. "The Darkness" was pretty obvious from a general consensus in LV and SJ.
