Shark Navigator vs. Shark Rotator

Weight

Shark navigator lift-away upright vacuum is lighter than the Shark Rotator by a few pounds. While the Shark Navigator NV352 weighs only 12.5 pounds, the Shark Rotator weighs 15.4 pounds. If you happen to vacuum regularly, you should consider getting a more lightweight option. We'd highly recommend getting the Shark Navigator over the Shark Rotator for the lightweight feature.

Design

A good vacuum should be ergonomic, adaptable, and flexible. We understand that the design doesn't always come first in choosing the best vacuum; it is still important to pick the one that is easy to use and assemble. Let's look at how the Shark navigator lift upright vacuum differs from the Shark Rotator Lift Away from the outside.

Both models include Lift-Away technology, which allows you to use the vacuum both as an upright vacuum and a portable hand vacuum. The main difference between the two models is that the Shark Navigator doesn't include LED lights, while the Rotator comes with full LED headlights. This feature makes it easier to vacuum in dark areas without missing a spot.

Dust cup capacity

The Shark Navigator Lift Away NV352 can only hold up to 1.2 quarts, while the Rotator can hold a slightly larger amount of 1.5 dry quarts. If you live in a large home with a lot of dirt to vacuum, you should consider getting a larger bin.

Attachments

The Shark Navigator comes with basic accessories such as an 8" crevice tool and a dusting brush, while the Shark Rotator provides more advanced attachments: an 8" crevice tool, pet power brush, upholstery tool, and a dusting brush.

Final Verdict

Both of these vacuums are very similar, including their high quality and cleaning performance. We recommend getting the Shark navigator lift away upright vacuum if you have pets and prefer a lower price tag. If you want to vacuum in the dark, go with the Shark Rotator option.

Suzanne. Perhaps not coincidentally, the first song I ever heard Leonard (or anyone else) sing.
"Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken."

Depends on mood. “Night comes on” and “the Hills” pop up first when thinking about it.

Hello, the first Leonard Cohen song I heard was ‘Sisters of Mercy’ from a LP in the 60s called ‘The Rock Machine Turns You On’ but my song is ‘The Smoky Life’ especially the live version on ‘Tour Of 79’

Famous Blue Raincoat

In a happy way, somehow... It's liberating, it's a great move on song, but it's the type of ability that we envy but know we'd never be able to do... myself anyway

Been listening on a loop this rendition https://youtu.be/y0m7cVMPBfU?list=RDy0m7cVMPBfU

Famous Blue Raincoat for me too. This is a beautiful cover too , by Tom Terrell and Rachel Sermanni.

None to compare with Leonard of course , but anything involving Glen Hansard is worth a listen , he has a couple of good FBR covers on YouTube

Hope you enjoy it ! Steve
