It was such a pleasure to spend time with you all, sharing our passion for Leonard and our love of life that led us to that curious and un-magical place for the most amazing and magical time. I shall never forget it!
We'll remember you too. Thanks for your detailed report it takes me right back. These few days are unforgetable in every way. I doubt if the polkadot scarf will keep you warm in Edmunton but I 'm sure the memories will.
You mentioned in your report that beautiful moment that Leonard sang the last line of the chorus of "Passing Through" with the fans. That was so moving. There was another moment in the Tower of song that touched me and seems to give hope to all of those who wish for another tour. Just as Leonard sings 'So I bid you farewell..... you'll be hearing from me baby long after I'm gone.....". He first lifts up his right hand to wave goodbye to us and then puts his hand over his heart as maybe a promise that we will be hearing from him. This moment is very clear on Alberts video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoDVbkE2Th8
On the Friday night I was struck by how heartfelt Leonard thanked his backing singers ate the end of the Tower of song.
