Like Laura wrote above, I also would like to write about the people aspect of this concert. For now, I would like to tell you about the kindness and caring of so many forum members.

Many of you know I have a bit of a mobility problem and the Waldbuhne unfortunately is not an accessible friendly site. Maulwurf, Heike and others were trying to get access information and scouting a good seat. Then Coolcohen/Marc just outdid himself. He saw me hobbling down the steep (89 degree?) incline of what loked like 400 steps when he was running up the stairs to the merch stand. Arlene, I didn't know you would be here. Stay put, I think I have a seat for you in the front row. He immediately turned around , ran down the steep stone stairs and motioned from below that there was indeed a front row seat next to him! And all during the concert he looked after me. What a cool man. I just can't thank you enough, Marc.

After the concert, the challenge was to get back up the steep incline of the "400 steps". Marc offered to help once again, but Albert and Marie insisted. They stood on either side of me and literally pushed me up the stone stairs and then organized a taxi to get us back to the hotel.

Thank you again to Maulwurf, Heike, Marc, Albert and Marie and others for your kind offers.

Here are my humble videos, shot from the first row, thanks to coolcohen1, the Dashing Dane, Marc Roed, saving me a seat next to him. While sitting next to Marc, I observed his meticulous and deliberate filming and photgraphy style and was sometimes mesmerized with what he was composing on his camera screen. Well done, Marc!

bridger15 wrote:We had fun waiting for the concert to start-many of us was there very early because of the general seating. A bit of a Krakow reunion and one from San Jose. No names for now. You will have to wait until I put together my Forum/Fan video slideshow. Well, maybe one name...Kadir (Beautiful Loser), the sweetest man and the life of the Waldbuhne party...everybody knows him.

If you were at Waldbuhne and would like a photo of yourself included in the slideshow, please attach it to an email and send it to me with your name and forum name (if any) to: forumpics15@gmail.com
