will there be opportunities to meet the band before the European concerts this year ?

Unfortunately there will be no meet & greet opportunities this year (possibly with a few exceptions). The tight schedule of the concert days would make it pretty difficult. They usually have a long sound check first, and then the band and crew will have dinner and a short breather before the concert. The meet & greet would be overlapping with the dinner.
