hi all just back from work and have been on a high all day. so happy to have got tkts for sligo and in bk A this is my 6th time of seeing lennie and if i had the money would see every concert

Successful with block A. Several rows back even though I started pretty much instantly at 9am...but the location is more than good enough.

live in London dvd has whetted the appetite again, after kilmainham and the o2, both in Dublin. Those travelling because of their lc disposition should enjoy the Sligo and general west / north west part of the country. Yeats' grave is a short drive from the concert venue, plus many other good places to visit.

Re seating plan:
Does anyone know how the seats are numbered when facing the stage? where is seat 1 and where is seat 56 etc..right or left..

Hi Les,

Most venues arrange their seat numbering from right to left, as if you are seated facing the stage. Of course there's the Dome in Marseille which starts out that way but then loops around. However, figure it this way. The smaller numbered seats are on the Javier/Dino side and the higher numbered seats are on the Webb sisters side. That's how I'm assuming it will be at Lissadell House and I don't think it's confirmed but someone said there are 100 seats across...at least in the flat seated area.

my information is that the Gates to Venue will open at 4pm.

The Concert is due to commence at 7.30 ...but another source has said 8pm.

I will be in Sligo in the next week and hope to have all this sorted out ,

Met up with friend this morning after work (she's coming with us to Sligo gig)- so exciting to discuss and plan our trip (all the way from Dublin ). This'll be my 4th Cohen gig. Can't wait.

I see the person is selling them at cost at the moment row G...
