Vicomte 49 & 50 confirmed.
I guess it all started for me sometime around Christmas 1967 and now, goodness me, it's.........2018 and over fifty years later.
No one ever listens to me. I might as well be a Leonard Cohen record.

I do hope it is the news that Lionel Messi has been transfered to Chelsea FC ;-)

Messi (and Gerrard and Torres) have too many morals to do that,

but more importantly Barcelona are playing Athletico Madrid on 20th September. Would it be possible to watch the match and Jorcx's concert, or will Spanish tv dictate that the match starts at 2100 and make it difficult for football and music fans.

I'm glad we have some Barça supporters in the Cohenite Celebration...
We still have no idea what time the football match will be but there is some probability that it will happen on one of these timetables: Saturday at 22PM, Sunday at 19PM or Sunday at 21PM. In the last case, we could watch the match in some bar nearby the venue of the concert, remember the tribute-concert should start at 22.30PM or very few minutes later... Best regards,
Jorcx

Jorcx

please activate your connection with the Barca president.
Tell him that the match has to be on Sunday and we don't accept any other start time than 1900.
Let him know that he will regret otherwise and a mighty judgement will come down on him.

Thank you.

Paula, "lunch for Leonard" is great!! The only thing preferable to that might be "lunch with Leonard"... ;-)

Hi from Seán in Spain

I plan to be at the dinner (if all goes well) with a 'partner' named 'Silvia'.... if there is still space.
