VERY DISAPPOINTED......
WHY CAN'T I PICK UP MY TICKET W/MY ID AT THE BOX OFFICE WHEN I GET THERE?

That's not management policy, that would be venue policy. No one is torturing anyone.

Re: SCREWED UP TICKET PICK UP POLICY
Although Radio City gave out incorrect information, i.e. that the tickets would only be available at 6pm (they told me this at 2pm), when I went back at 3 they said 3:30; I waited until 3:15 and the tickets arrived and were given out. It all worked out incredibly smoothly. No lines, no insanity. Early entrance was at 6pm: again no long lines, and we got to meet Charley and Hattie Webb and Roscoe Beck, who were all incredibly gracious and friendly. Also, no lines at the merchandise.
Thanks again, Jarkko, for arranging this: it couldn't have worked better in the end.
