Thursday night's concert was the third I've attended recently. Saw them in Phoenix with my wife, saw them in Oakland with my son on his 21st birthday, and was fortunate enough to have my wife, son, and 18 year old daughter along on Thursday. Each presentation is so carefully polished yet quite individualized as well. The band members' solos are distinctly different each evening, and I've come to appreciate how much each of them adds to the evening. I've also come to appreciate the respect and affection that Leonard shows each band member. We were fortunate enough to visit briefly with Dino before the show. He was so personable, and he referred to what he was doing as the tour of a lifetime. How could he feel otherwise? I took a few photos focussing more on the band members this time; here are three. I have more but don't want to presume to post very many...
Thank you Leonard. We look forward to seeing you at Radio City Music Hall in May!

We had to drive up from Salem Thursday afternoon and return after the concert. Had to work the next day, but it was so worth it! Thank Shaunna for your kind words...

Thank you, Zenon. I'm so pleased to hear that it's become a family affair for you. Dino is SOOOooooooooo right ~ the tour of a lifetime. Just imagine the many ways; we can't even begin to.
I love the lighting in your top one of Leonard... and the one of Javier. Really nice photos and I thank you so much for sharing them.

Spectrum Culture has a thoughtful, in-depth review of the Man's recent stop in Seattle. Worth reading.

The last line:
Sitting in the vast crowd with my hands stinging with applause, I could only watch wonderingly as someone who has given so much to the world expressed so much gratitude back to us.
Yes. Very nice review - it is worth reading. Thanks

New video from this show posted by "Mike Fulop" at his YouTube site (Autographs Depot). See description/explanation about videos below*

One of the hundreds of Leonard Cohen videos I took over the years. I'm posting my best ones so everybody can enjoy them. As a huge fan, I tried attending as many Leonard concerts as I could afford. After meeting and interacting with Leonard a few times, he actually became fond of me and went on to give me many tickets to his sold-out concerts -- along with hundreds of autographs, drawings, pictures, and whatever else I ever asked. I'm sure my tenacity, peculiarity, and me being so much younger than most of his fans must've intrigued him. I'm forever grateful for his kindness and patience with me. I miss him dearly. Took me two years after his passing just to be able to go through these videos without tearing up, it hurts not having him around.
All videos were shot by me, Mike Fulop. The videos are posted on my business YouTube page, but they're unrelated to it. I rarely sold or traded any Leonard Cohen autographs, only the occasional double or damaged item.
