well it wasn't ticketmaster but tickets.com for the purchase. The tix went quickly. After I got my 2 seats I checked and there were still some left in the upper mezz. I got lower mezz after I passed up the back of the orchestra. The prices weren't too bad but I don't think the highest priced ones were even available for sale.
This is going to be a beautiful venue-small, only 2500 seats-recently renovated-

the highest priced tix were not offered
ORC\LOGE $152.25
UPORCH $152.25
LOW MEZZ $91.75
UP MEZZ $71.75

Do you know where the UPORCH seats are? Itried to buy two, figuring the higher price meant they were better, but they were sold out (or unavailable). I ended up getting two LOW MEZZ.

Thanks.

Hello --

I, too, found that no orchestra or loge tickets were available at 10AM sharp. For that matter, the best available ticket was about 7 rows back in the lower mezzanine. I grabbed it.

they were good seats and weren't offered when I went there.
They were either proscenium loge or orchestra. They are the side seats which will have a wonderful view.
Here's the good seating chart, although you can see it better if printed out.

I understand that the theater is a non-profit organization, but I'm not sure why they're offering a Leonard Cohen "package" for $555.50 per seat that probably means buying a membership into the theater. The packages are still available and include Lower Orchestra tickets. I love LC, went to the Beacon show, and think an overnight trip to Waterbury would be nice, but I think $555/ticket is a bit steep.

I'm not finding the LC concert advertised on Ticketmaster yet for Waterbury.
How do I get to that site for tickets now?

Ah, never mind. Just found it on Tickets.com.
Row J in the Orchestra is not worth $555 to me. Oh well . . .

I just called the box office and they said it was online only and required an AMEX password. I called AMEX and they told me that don't have any codes for tickets.com - only TicketMaster and Telecharge. Strange.

Yay-got my one extra for the Palace online this morning! Probably the nicest venue on the tour :D and hopefully by May 14th we won't have anymore snow.

I scored some great seats right at 10:00AM.

This is such an intimate and ornate theater. I saw Alison Krauss there a couple of years ago and commented after the show that I would pay money just to be able to sit and admire the theater. I'm super psyched to be able to see Leonard there.

Anyone who is holding out for NYC I would suggest to grab any last tickets at this venue. There is NOT a bad seat in the house. The worst seat in this venue will be the best seat you might be able to score at RCMH. Just my opinion.

Good luck to all,
may you win your golden ticket!

Speaking of which, if anyone's interested, I'd like to sell my two Upper Mezzanine - Row W - Section 3D seats at cost. I dropped $550 for two tickets in the 11th row at Radio City and would like to recoup some of my money. Interested? E-mail me?

The radio station I work for is in Waterbury. I wonder what promos we'll be doing there, every large-scale act that comes to the Palace gets involved in some way with WATR. The whole Palace-ATR partnership came about because the general manager is a local actor.

The Palace is very small, but the acoustics will blow you away.

I was lucky enough to get two tickets to this show as well! It probably had something with my sitting on The Palace website hitting refresh every 5 seconds starting around 9:55am ;-) I've been a Leonard Cohen fan for about 15 years and I've never had the chance to see him live in concert. This truly will be an amazing experience for me. I just hope my girlfriend enjoys the show! Oh, tickets are Lower Mezz - $91.75 which I gladly paid...
